Mario Napolitano
Mario has been barbering since the early age of 14. He grew up in Italy and moved to NY when he was 17. He continued barbering and eventually opened Shear Magique with some friends. In 2011 he decided to move south! Opened Creative Shears and has been doing hot shaves since! With 45 years’ experience Mario can do anything from flat-tops to faux hawks and anything in between.
Meredith Napolitano
Meredith started doing hair in 1981, when she was 17 years old. Worked in NY for 26 years and moved to NC in 2011, and opened Creative Shears with her husband Mario. With 35 years’ experience she has pretty much done it all, but specializes in women and girls hair, from cuts to color. She also loves doing formal hair whether it is an up-do or just something fancy.
Britany Alvarez
Britany Alvarez, The owner’s daughter, was the last to leave NY and has been at Creative Shears since 2011. Growing up in the business, she had her license early. With 20 years experience, Britany specializes in all coloring needs from simple to bold in any color imaginable.
Angela Hoag
I knew I wanted to be a hairstylist when I was in the 6th grade. I started my family early in life but with the love and support of my children and parents, I achieved my goal. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with and gain knowledge from some amazing stylists. But the best part of this career is helping clients realize their potential and transforming them into the beautiful individual she is meant to be. I look forward to meeting you.
Samantha Williamson
Sam has been with Creative Shears since 2020 and has been behind the chair since becoming licensed in 2018. She has a passion for creating beautiful, low-maintenance color and personalized haircuts that help her clients look and feel their best. From lived-in blondes and dimensional brunettes to gray coverage and fresh cuts, Sam loves customizing every service to fit each client’s unique style. She looks forward to helping you achieve your hair goals!
Lindsay Suarez
Lindsay Suarez has nearly 20 years in the salon industry, including 7 years behind the chair. She specializes in men’s haircuts, color services, and women’s styling. Lindsay is a proud mom of three, with one being on the spectrum, it has helped her create a warm, welcoming experience for clients of all ages and backgrounds, helping everyone look and feel their best.
Lexi
Lexi has been an assistant stylist at Creative Shears for the past 3 years and is excited to be building a clientele. She is now accepting afternoon appointments at a discounted rate. She would love to help you achieve your hair goals!
